The States of Guernsey has appointed Fisher Associates to review the institutional arrangements for Guernsey Harbours, which operates like a Municipal Port. Options to be considered include incorporation and changing to a Trust Port. “We are pleased to receive our first commission in Guernsey, and we will be using our experience gained on similar assignments to come up with practical recommendations”, noted Chris Fisher, Director of the practice.
