Urban Ferry Services: The New Thriller in Manila?

Following a number of commissions looking at water passenger transport in local / urban contexts, Fisher Associates has been commissioned to assist the Department of Transport & Communications in The Philippines to assist with preparation of business plans for new services on the Pasig River, and in Manila Bay and Laguna Lake.
