Strategic Ports Masterplan, Isle of Man
On behalf of the IoM Government and subcontracted to HR Wallingford, we assisted with this study to develop a 10 year strategic plan for all the Island’s ports. We developed traffic projections for commercial traffic, and reviewed potential for development of marine leisure and marinas. (2 Fisher, 2002)
