Jersey Ports appointed Fisher Associates to undertake a review of the Client’s traffic projections in support of a financial model under preparation for the proposed incorporation of the organisation and masterplan. (2013 updated in 2015.)
This review took a long long hindcast at the evolution of port traffic on the Island, considering the key factors and limitations that underlie the potential for a mature island economy.
