This was a complex exercise covering some 20+ berths, with a range of uses, split into a number of defined terminals / areas.
The methodology involved analysing various data on ship movements, and developing a picture of current berth utilisation. Based upon projections for future activities, we then projected this forward to look at when key occupancy thresholds might be reached. (2012)
