We were appointed by the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa (jointly with Portia Management Services, Posford Duvivier Marine Consulting Engineers, and SSY Research) to assess alternative transport solutions for bulk imports and steel / other exports. We provided the Team Leader and constructed a model for investment appraisal. (Two person team, 1997)
