Russia / Black Sea Waterways Study
We were appointed to a private client by subcontract to assist with a study on assessing the feasibility of using certain inland waterways. The study looked at current infrastructure and operations issues on the Volga-Don Canal, considered options for enhancing capacity, and researched potential new projects in the region such as the Eurasia Canal.
