Oil Export Study & Terminal Business Plan, Baltic Russian Federation
This study involved preparation of a business plan for a new oil terminal at Primorsk in Baltic Russia. Working in a team with Dutch partners, we assessed the oil balance and potential for trade, prepared an investment appraisal, and provided team leadership. The business plan was the basis for funding the new terminal which is now operational. (1996-97)
