Appointed by BG Property (former British Gas) jointly with Beckett Rankine Partnership Marine Consulting Engineers to study potential for waterfront development.
The initial study included advice on commercial strategies to maximise value, and recommended marketing the site for international tender. We were then retained to implement recommendations and assist BG and its agents in site marketing and negotiations with potential developers. (Two person team, 1998-99)
