Strategic Plan for Maritime Administration, Middle East
Fisher Associates was commissioned by a Government body in the Middle East to prepare a Strategic Plan to aid development of a world-class Maritime Administration, delivering regulatory services to protect maritime safety and the environment, and support for economic growth of the maritime sector. This included an international benchmarking exercise based upon leading Maritime (Safety) Administrations in Singapore, Norway, Australia and elsewhere. (2013)
