Chris-Fisher
Chris Fisher
Director

Chris is an experienced consultant and Project Director who has worked on over 180 projects in over 30 countries ranging from the Caribbean to the Far East and including various European, Middle East, African, and Asian countries. Clients have included international agencies, governments, various government bodies and partnerships, multinationals and many leading engineering & financial consultants. His roles include acting as lead specialist and Project Director / Manager as appropriate. He has worked extensively in the maritime and related transport sectors, and has directed / managed all Fisher Associates’ projects over the last 21 years. His consulting career started with Coopers & Lybrand Management Consultants (now PwC), and he has since developed Fisher Associates into a successful practice. He worked previously for an international port company, the Trust Port of Great Yarmouth, a New Zealand shipping company, and was originally at sea with P&O. He holds an MSc in International Shipping (with Distinction) and BSc Nautical Studies.

Louise Crosby is an economic consultant with 30 years’ experience in the transport sector, particularly in the areas of maritime and aviation. She has undertaken assignments in the UK and overseas covering: economic & financial investment appraisal, market analysis and demand forecasting, cost and revenue analysis, cost allocation, fees and charges, competition analysis and regulatory pricing, performance frameworks and monitoring , economic impact studies, iIntegrated, cross-sector transport strategies, cluster development and benchmarking. Louise has also demonstrated an ability to take information about how a business works, to identify the drivers of costs and revenues, gather and interpret data and turn it into well-designed, robust and flexible business models developed to best practice standards. In a consultancy career that began with Coopers & Lyband (now PwC), Louise has undertaken assignments in the UK and overseas including Europe, Middle East, Asia, SE Asia and Africa. Clients have included EU organisations, UK and overseas Government Agencies, the World Bank, industry bodies and private sector companies in the UK and overseas.

Senior Associate

David trained as an economist and has over 30 years experience working on projects for a range of clients including government ministries, parastatals, industry organisation and public and private companies. David’s work is focussed on offshore energy (oil and gas, and renewables), industrial and maritime-related sectors, and has worked on projects in Europe, West Africa, the Far East and throughout the MENA region. His recent work has included: market needs assessment, demand forecasts, financial modelling, competition analysis, cluster development, economic impact analysis and benchmarking. He has also developed input-output models to support his economic impact analysis work. David started worked in operations research for a major car producer before moving into economic planning and consultancy.

Anne-McGregor
Anne McGregor
Associate

Anne has been advising public and private clients in the transport sector for more than 15 years, with a track record in the maritime and other transport sectors. Anne is based in Scotland, and leads much of Fisher Associates work there. Clients comprise port operators or owners and government agencies, throughout the UK and overseas. As well as leading port masterplan work, she also has experience in road, rail and air transport. She is particularly experienced in the appraisal of transport and maritime infrastructure and services, objective setting and option testing as part of the wider development of masterplans, business plans, business cases and strategies. She is also proficient in stakeholder consultation and survey techniques and policy formulation at national and European levels. Anne previously worked for a number of private and public sector companies, including Scottish Enterprise Fife and PwC. Anne has an MSc in Transport Planning and Engineering (distinction) and a MA(Hons) in Russian Language.
